PRESIDENT KIKWETE LAUNCHES World bank's report on Productive Jobs Necessary for Tanzania’s Fast-Growing Workforce

 President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete  and the   Managing Director of the World Bank Ms Sri Mulyani Indrawati present 13-year-old Chanda Atulinda Lwansa, for emerging winner of the world Bank Children's Art Contest. Chanda, a form one student at Feza girl's Secondary shool, beat 150 other entries to emerge winner and grab the One Million Tanzania shillings award. Her work, which is on the cover of the report, depicts men and women engaged in different occupations as surgeons, pilots, chemists, business people, gardeners and teachers.  

  President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete  presents  a certificate to 13-year-old Sakina Khuzema Adamali for emerging 1st runner up of the world Bank Children's Art Contest, as  Managing Director of the World Bank Ms Sri Mulyani Indrawati sakina loons oon. Sakina an eighth grade student at the Aga Khan Mzizima Secondary school, received 650,000/.  Her piece shows children living in below par conditions but with dreams of attaining a university degree and a better life.
